RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority. If for any reason you feel that the products you have ordered are not suitable for you or if you detect any defects or defects in the products, you can proceed according to our return and exchange policy below:

Return Conditions

  • Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The products to be returned must be sent with the invoice and a note stating the reason for the return.
  • Shipping costs of return shipments will be covered by the customer.

Return Process

  • Pack the products you want to return in accordance with the above conditions and send them by cargo.
  • Once your return request has been approved, your payment for the product price will be refunded to your credit card or bank account.
  • Return transactions will be completed within 7 business days at the latest from the date the products reach the Seller.

Exchange Conditions

  • The products you wish to exchange must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
  • The exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  • The exchange request will be met as long as the product is available in our stocks.

Exchange Process

  • Pack the products you want to exchange in accordance with the above conditions and send them by cargo.
  • After your exchange request is approved, your new products will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Exchange transactions will be completed within 7 business days at the latest from the date the products reach the Seller.
